20251-century-boulevard-aCresa Washington DC recently represented Bay Microsystems in a 13,525-square-foot lease renewal at 20251 Century Boulevard in Germantown, MD. Cresa is the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated corporate services.

The data solutions company will continue to occupy space in the four-story, 106K SF, Class A building located in 270 Corporate Center office park.

According to Cresa Washington DC Managing Principal Mindy Saffer, who represented Bay Microsystems in the transaction, the renewal terms resulted in reduced real estate costs for the client one year prior to lease expiration and an improvement allowance from the landlord to make necessary upgrades.

The landlord, Matan, Inc., was represented in-house by James Matan.

Cresa has area offices in Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; the District of Columbia; and McLean, VA.
