Cresa Baltimore recently represented Taylor Property Group in a $2,111,500 office building sale at 8 Park Center Court in Owings Mills, MD. Cresa is the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated services.
Taylor Property Group, a local real estate development firm specializing in land and multifamily development and construction, will relocate its headquarters to the 12,000 square-foot, Class A space located in McDonogh Crossroads office park. The company’s headquarters are currently located at 4000 College Avenue in Ellicott City, MD. The projected move-in date is summer 2016.
Scott Wingrat, a principal at Cresa represented the tenant in the transaction. According to Wingrat, the owner/user layout of the building allows the company to expand over time while also leasing out additional space as needed. He said the new, free-standing building has been well maintained and is a better location for Taylor Property Group.
The landlord, Abeshouse Partners, was represented in house by Lynn Abeshouse.
