Joe Sciolla 13 TieCresa Boston was recently recognized by the Boston Business Journal as one of the “Best Places to Work” in Massachusetts. The commercial real estate advisory firm, the largest in New England specializing in tenant representation, was among the 20 winners in Small Company Category.

This is the ninth year Cresa Boston office has received the honor in the small-sized company category. Cresa is one of two companies to have won the award in this category for seven or more years, and the only nine-time winner.

The annual regional awards honor the top companies in five categories: extra small, (20-49 employees), small (50-99 employees), midsize (100-249 employees), large (250 to 999 employees) and extra-large (1,000 employees and up). Companies are recognized for creating a high level of workforce satisfaction and loyalty.

“We believe that the best people working in the ‘best place’ results in the best results for our clients,” said Joe Sciolla, a Managing Principal at Cresa Boston. “We’re honored to accept this award and thank our clients for inspiring us to consistently perform at the highest level.”

“Best Places to Work recognizes how important company culture can be as a competitive advantage,” said Gale Murray, publisher of the Boston Business Journal. “For most employees, it’s not about the money. It’s about the culture and spirit of the place where they work. The companies we honor every year in Best Places to Work have created a high level of workplace satisfaction.”

Cresa LLC, the nation’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm exclusively representing tenants, is headquartered in Boston.
