Three Dog Logistics, a mailing and shipping logistics company, previously occupied approximately 15,000 square feet in Savage, MD. The company will now lease 33,532 square feet of the 101,297 square feet of the building, located within the Baltimore-Washington Industrial Park (BWIP).
Scott Wingrat of Cresa represented the tenant and negotiated a longer-term lease. The landlord, Capital Partners, Inc., was represented by John Boote and John Wilhide of CBRE.
